How should be the relationship between student and teacher

 

The teacher-student relationship should be a respectful, cooperative, and educational bond.  Key aspects of this relationship can be:

1. Respect and Respect: Teachers and students will show respect and respect to each other.  Students should show respect for the teacher's knowledge and experience, and the teacher should respect the students' curiosity, opinions and feelings.

2. Communication and Understanding: It is very important to have open and healthy communication.  Students should have the opportunity to ask questions and express their opinions, and the teacher should answer their questions and provide necessary guidance.

3. Sympathy and Empathy: The teacher should understand the problems of the students and try to meet their emotional and academic needs.  Students should also be sympathetic towards the teacher.

4. Motivation and inspiration: The teacher should create motivation in the students to study and do well.  Trying to boost their confidence.  Similarly, students should encourage their teachers, maintain discipline and show cooperative attitude towards the teacher.

5. Responsibility: Students should be responsible to the teacher, such as coming to class on time, doing homework regularly and obeying class rules.  On the other hand, the teacher also has the responsibility to teach the students properly and take care of their development.

Thus, if the relationship between teacher and student is cooperative and respectful, then the learning environment is more beautiful and productive.
